During summer, when the nights are warm enough to have dinner outside, hotel “La Posada del Angel” is organizing a special paella night, usually on Wednesdays. In a very big pan the cook prepares a Paella Valenciana, made from rice, vegetables, chicken and fish. We start with a tortilla española and Crema catalana to finish. Don’t hesitate to order a fresh made Sangria to enjoy a real Spanish night.
